IFS Student / Staff Liaison Committee

The Student / Staff Liaison Committee consists of about nine undergraduate students and four staff members. The students are nominated from 100-,200- and 300-level classes in each of the disciplines of Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics and Physics.

Members of the 2011 committee are:

The objectives of the committee are:

to enable student opinions and suggestions to be brought to the attention of staff in a non-threatening environment
to inform students of issues of concern to staff and seek student comment
to provide opportunities for students to contribute innovative ideas for improvement to the teaching and learning programme
to attend to student concerns
to facilitate exchange of information among students in different classes
to help organise worthy initiatives in support of students.

We welcome your comments and suggestions on any aspects of the learning / teaching environment in Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics or Physics.
